Welcome to FancyWheels! Your satisfaction is our top priority. This document details our procedures for handling returns, refunds, and exchanges. Completing a purchase on our website indicates your agreement to these terms.
1. Qualifying for a Return
We will happily process return requests for merchandise that falls under any of the following categories:

Incorrect Item Delivered: The product you received does not match your order confirmation.

Defective Product: The item arrived with a manufacturing flaw or does not function as intended.

Transit Damage: The package and its contents were damaged during the delivery process.

Incomplete Order: One or more pieces, accessories, or products are missing from your shipment upon arrival.
Crucial Requirement: To process claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video. This recording must capture the opening of the package from its original, sealed condition through to the discovery of the problem.

Delivery Delays (In-Stock): The product has not arrived within 7 days of the shipping date.

Delivery Delays (Pre-Orders): The product has not arrived within 60 days of the shipping date.
To qualify for a return, the merchandise must be entirely unused, in the exact condition you received it, and housed in its pristine original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
2. Non-Returnable Scenarios
We are unable to process returns or refunds under the following conditions:

Buyer's Remorse: We do not accept returns if you simply decide you no longer want the item after the purchase has been made.

Altered or Used Goods: The product shows signs of use, modification, or is missing original components (unless proven missing upon arrival via the mandatory unboxing video).

Damaged Packaging: The item is no longer in its original, undamaged retail box.

Lack of Video Evidence: Claims regarding missing parts or physical damage will be instantly declined if not accompanied by the required unboxing video.
3. How to Submit a Return Request

Step 1: Contact Us: Reach out to our team at refunds@fancywheels.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and all required proof (including photos and the mandatory unboxing video for damage/missing claims).

Step 2: Authorization & Shipping: Our support staff will evaluate your claim. If authorized, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions. Unauthorized returns sent back to our facility will be rejected.

Step 3: Quality Assurance Check: Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance (QA) team will evaluate the item to verify it meets our strict return criteria outlined in Sections 1 and 2.

Step 4: Refund Issuance: If your return passes the QA check, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to be processed after the return is approved.
4. Applicable Deductions
Please keep the following potential deductions in mind:

Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees from your initial order are generally non-refundable, particularly if the return is not due to a FancyWheels error.

Return Shipping Fees: Depending on the situation, you may be responsible for the return courier costs. If applicable, this amount will be deducted from your total refund payout. We will notify you in advance if this applies.
5. Product Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for a different item under specific circumstances, provided the following criteria are met:

The item was bought directly from the FancyWheels online store.

The merchandise is completely untouched, pristine, and still factory-sealed in its original packaging.
