At FancyWheels, we work hard to ensure your orders are processed quickly and delivered safely. Please review our shipping options, processing times, and terms below.

1. Order Processing

All ready-stock orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our courier partners within 48 hours of order confirmation. Please note that this processing time is separate from the estimated courier delivery times listed below.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following delivery options. Please note that all delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery (Inside Dhaka)

    • Estimated Time: 1-3 days

    • Delivery Charge: 70 TK

  • Standard Delivery (Outside Dhaka)

    • Estimated Time: 1-5 days

    • Delivery Charge: 100 TK

  • Same Day Delivery (Inside Dhaka City Only)

    • Estimated Time: Same Day

    • Delivery Charge: 100 TK

    • Conditions: To qualify for same-day delivery, your order must be placed and confirmed before 10:00 AM. This delivery method requires a 50% advance payment of the total order value to secure the shipment.

3. Advance Delivery Charges

To ensure smooth processing and prevent delivery failures, we may occasionally require the delivery charge (70 TK or 100 TK) to be paid in advance to confirm your order. This policy applies at our discretion, regardless of your delivery location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will be able to monitor its progress. You can track your package at any time by visiting tracking.fancywheels.com.

5. Important Shipping Terms

  • Estimated Delivery Times: While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen logistical issues outside of our control.

  • Heavy or Bulky Orders: The standard shipping charges listed above apply to standard-sized packages. For heavily consolidated orders or particularly bulky items, shipping charges may increase. If your order requires an extra shipping fee, we will contact you for approval before fulfilling the order.
